Once we start working together, we review the relevant parts of your business, including projects, responsibilities, workflows, tools and information.

We take a closer look
We go through the findings together, talk about what I recommend, and decide what makes the most sense to work on. For Fix the Bottleneck, we agree on one improvement. For the Business Management Setup, we choose three priorities to focus on.

We implement the agreed changes together, involve your team where needed, and adjust things as we go to make sure the setup fits the way your business works.

Hi, I’m Jenny!
I’m a Digital Business Manager based in Germany and, as I like to put it, a professional Problem Solver.
My background is in software engineering and game development, and I’ve been running a business with my partner since 2022. So I’m very used to projects with a lot of moving parts, tools that don’t quite behave the way you want them to, and things that somehow became more complicated than they needed to be.
I’m the kind of person who enjoys looking at a setup that has grown a bit out of hand and thinking: okay, how do we get this to make sense again?
I’m calm, friendly and not particularly formal. I like working with people on equal footing, talking things through openly and finding solutions together.
I really admire and respect business owners who care deeply about their work, and I genuinely love supporting people who are building something with all their heart.
